What Happened To You Book Club

Week 5: Chapters 7 & 8 on “Post-Traumatic Wisdom” and “Our Brains, Our Biases, Our Systems”. We will discuss the difference between resiliency and malleability in children. We will also look at how generational trauma can effect the way we are raised, how we view the world, and how influential our community around us is. We will also look at how many people are unequipped and not well versed on the effects of trauma. This leads many people to be outcast and punished because of their reactions.
