Bob Sykes Bar B Q is proud to announce the release of a new book called “From the Pit to the Plate.” The book is a story told by the Bob Sykes family of how Bob Sykes Bar Q Restaurant has kept a family owned local tradition since 1957

Grades 6-12 are invited to join us for our student-led Dungeons & Dragons campaign. Limited seating. Registration required. D&D Starter Kits are available for check out on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Want to start out the New Year right? Teens will be knitting scarves (and other items) to donate to a local shelter during this month-long weekly program. All experience levels welcome. Yarn and needles will be provided. Registration required.

Poetry night is a live show where audience members may perform their poetry. Emcee Jamil will guide participating poets through an evening of verse. No experience with poetry reading is necessary.

In January, we will be learning how to make Embroidery Journals using miniature embroidery techniques. All abilities welcome!
