Only The Heart Should Beat: An Interactive Panel Discussion on Domestic Violence

This forum is for anyone who is experiencing domestic violence who may feel they are alone. The panel will provide a safe space to ask questions and to receive help because “Only the Heart Should Beat.” The forum was created and is being presented by local members of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Psi Upsilon Zeta Chapter. "The purpose of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority is to foster the ideas of service, charity, scholarship, civil and cultural endeavors, sisterhood and finer womanhood." Panel members include Judge Thomas Thrash; Alabama 10th Judicial Circuit Judge, Bessemer Division; Danielle Mars, LMSW One Place Metro Alabama Family Justice Center; Rep. Ontario Tillman, Alabama State House of Representatives District 56. The moderator will be Todd Morris of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. Pi Upsilon Sigma Chapter.
